PAYLATER HUB LTD CUSTOMERS TERMS OF USE
- ABOUT PAYLATER HUB: Paylater Hub Limited is a Nigerian-owned Buy-Now-and-Pay-Later (BNPL) fintech company incorporated on the 8th of July, 2021, with registration number RC 1816266. We operate a structured and fully licensed digital lending business, approved by the Federal Competition & Consumer Protection Commission and audited by the Nigeria Data Protection Bureau to carry on the business of Digital Lending. We provide financial intervention to individuals, whose periodic incomes are running low, to facilitate payments for essential goods and services through our revolving credit and installment payment plan.
- ACKNOWLEDGMENT: By using the Paylater Hub platform, you acknowledge and accept these terms of use, and agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations. You also acknowledge that Paylater Hub will not be held liable for any losses or damages arising from the use of our services.
- CONTRACTUAL CAPACITY AND ELIGIBILITY: To be eligible to use the Paylater Hub platform, you must be of legal age and have the capacity to enter into a legally binding agreement. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.
- RIGHT TO AMEND THE TERMS OF USE: Paylater Hub reserves the right to amend these terms of use at any time without notice. Your continued use of the platform following any changes to the terms of use will be deemed to be acceptance of those changes.
- FEE AND CHARGES FOR AVAILING OUR SERVICES: You will be charged a fee for availing our services, which will be clearly outlined at the time of application. These fees may include, but are not limited to, interest on the loan, processing fees, and late payment charges.
- YOUR OBLIGATION TO PAY IN TIME: As a borrower, you are obligated to make timely payments in accordance with the repayment schedule agreed upon at the time of loan disbursal. Failure to do so may result in additional charges or default.
- THE EVENT OF DEFAULT: In the event of default on your loan, Paylater Hub reserves the right to take legal action to recover the outstanding amount. This may include, but is not limited to, wage garnishment, legal action, and reporting the default to credit bureaus.
- PRIVACY POLICY: Paylater Hub is committed to protecting the privacy of our customers. Our privacy policy can be found on our website and outlines how we collect, use, and share personal information. By using our platform, you acknowledge and accept our privacy policy.

If any provision of these terms of use is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
- EXECUTION IN COUNTERPARTS: This agreement may be executed in counterparts, each of which shall be deemed an original, but all of which together shall constitute one and the same instrument.
